When it comes to the actual activity of online dating it is hard to be specific about trends since most people are unique in how they conduct themselves, but there are some commonalities that exist throughout the community. One such example is a robotic companion that can communicate with you via text message and carry on a conversation, but only the user would be able to see/hear this person which could cut down on people who are dishonest about themselves.
